Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us — we want you to love your pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
All sales are final. However, we’re happy to offer store credit for returned necklaces, bracelets, and accessories, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If you believe a product is damaged or defective, please email hello@1975collection.com with photos and a description of the fault. We will assess the issue and advise you on next steps.
To request a return for store credit, please email us with your order number and item details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
